Finally am almost done with my kitchen cabinet work. Ofcourse thanks to my wife for helping me ;) Basically we had 15 doors and 4 drawers which had been painted white (stupid ex-owner of the house). Had to strip the paint, prepare the surface, apply conditioner and then stain each door. Looks like after about 60 hours of labour, we are right there.. all doors stained, and ready to get back in their place.. I will be uploading the photos so that my folks/friends can see and get some idea of work involved. Surprisingly, I had atleast 3 of my colleagues asking me how to do this and what is the effort involved..
Yesterday watched the movie Parineeta.. Saif ali Khan, Vidya Balan and Sanjay Dutt.. a good one and very decent movie.. probably this movie should have been recommended to Oscar instead of stupid Paheli.. Watch the movie on a calm Sunday afternoon with your Wife/Girl friend, I bet you will have more fun..
